Without a doubt, everyone at least once in my life heard of vegetarians. And lately, more and more common a term as “vegan”. And for many it remains a question what the term “vegetarian” was shortened to “vegan” or “vegan” a new synonym for vegetarian, or is it something completely different?

The difference between a vegan and a vegetarian is that a vegan eliminates all animal products from their diet, including dairy products. That category of people that follows a vegan lifestyle do not wear leather and avoid products made from animals such as wool, silk, honey and any other products that come from animals. Organizations such as the British medical Association, the Chinese researchers, the world health organization (who), the Oxford researchers, and the American dietetic Association confirmed that the exclusion from the diet of meat reduces the chances of disease many chronic diseases and some cancers. And it’s proven that a vegetarian diet has long been considered the healthiest diet of all, and the closer it is to the vegan diet, the more benefit from it. Many Western companies engaged in medical insurance of the population, offer discounts for vegetarians and vegans.
